How to use

BOTIM Prime User Guideline

Select the chosen outlet and offer which you wish to redeem.
Present the offer to the waiter and redeem before paying your bill.
The waiter will then enter their designated pin code to finish the redemption.
After the waiter has successfully redeemed the offer the lower priced item will be deducted from your bill.

BOTIM Prime offers are only applicable at selected BOTIM prime partners and cannot be used alongside any other discounts, promotions, special menus or offers.
BOTIM prime can be used 7 days a week, 365 days a year excluding public holidays and the below exception days: February 14th, December 24th, December 25th, December 31st.
There needs to be a minimum of 2 people for an offer to be redeemed. The number of offers which can be redeemed is dependent on the number of people on the table divided by two.
Prime offers should be presented prior to requesting the bill and payment. One bill is available per table.
Offers are redeemable one time per day, per restaurant.
If you are unable to redeem an offer at one of our prime partner restaurants, please complete the feedback form on the app.

Percentage off offers are applicable on the total bill.
Buy 1 get 1 free offers: The complimentary dish will be of the same or lesser value.
Only one bill is applicable per table, a minimum of 2 people needs to be present for prime offers to be redeemed.
Offers are not applicable on delivery or take away.
Food offers cannot be used alongside any other restaurant offers, promotions or events.

Beverage offers and consumptions are subject to local laws and regulations.
Beverage offers are applicable on selected house beverages which are either of equal or lesser value.
Beverage offers cannot be used alongside any other restaurant offers, promotions or events.

Percentage off offers can be used against the service/item mentioned on the voucher. The discount will apply only on normal rates/prices and can’t be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, special offer or voucher.
Buy 1 get 1 free offers can be used by 2 people within the same visit, with the second treatment or service being complementary.
Please present the Offer at the completion of the treatment/service, prior to requesting the bill.
