Problem

Not getting notifications for new BOTIM messages? Here is the fix.

Causes

Xiaomi phones system automatically ends all apps running in background, unless they are marked as non-restricted apps manually.

Solution

• Enable Notifications
  1. Go to your Xiaomi phone's Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap on Notifications & status bar
  3. Tap on App notifications
  4. Find BOTIM and tap on it
  5. Switch on the notification options
• Set BOTIM as non-restricted App
  1. Go to your Xiaomi phone's Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap on Battery & performance
  3. Tap on Manage apps battery usage
  4. Tap on Choose apps
  5. Find BOTIM and tap on it
  6. Tap on No restrictions
• Enable Autostart
  1. Go to your Xiaomi phone's Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap on Permissions
  3. Tap on Autostart
  4. Find BOTIM and enable Autostart
