Make sure your phone is not in Do Not Disturb mode:

• Swipe up from the bottom of your screen to get to Control Center.
• Tap the Do Not Disturb icon.
  It is shaped like a crescent moon. The icon is highlighted when Do Not Disturb is ON. Tap on the icon to turn it off.

Check if you have turned on Notification for BOTIM

• Open the Settings app on your phone and tap Notifications.
• Tap on BOTIM and choose Allow Notifications.
