If you bought the Internet Calling Plan for your phone, it will only work when you are using your mobile data. Please DISCONNECT your phone from any Wi-Fi when you want to place a call on BOTIM. Also, please make sure you are in an area with good 3G/4G coverage.
If you bought the Internet Calling Plan for your home Wi-Fi, please make sure your phone is CONNECTED to THIS specific Wi-Fi when you want to place a call on BOTIM.
If this is the first time you have subscribed to the Internet Calling Plan, please allow up to 24 hours for it to be fully activated. During this period, you can try to restart your phone and Wi-Fi router to re-check. The actual activation time depends on your carrier. Most of the time, the plan is activated immediately. Please contact your carrier directly if the problem still exists after 24 hours.
If BOTIM used to work fine but it suddenly stopped working, please check with your carrier if your Internet Calling Plan is renewed correctly. Internet Calling Plan is renewed at the end of each billing cycle.
If BOTIM stops working after house relocate, please check with your network provider.
